Here we plotted Drivers on the x-axis and Lap Time in Seconds on the y-axis. And then we made a box plot with the median of all Lap Times and Sorted it according to the Median.We can see that Verstappen and Perez were very close and had the fastest Pace out of all the drivers. Then, we see the Aston Martin Crew of Alonso and Stroll. And the least fastest driver is Russell. We can see Mercedes Struggles coming into play once again.
The second Analysis is Delta Time Analysis for the fastest laps of ALonso(P3) and Albon(P9). Albon Being P9 was a surprise as Williams is was literally the worst team last season. But, we are seeing that they have made a good car and Albon being a good driver is helping them to get into top 10. So I just made a Delta Time Graph to see the Alonso fastest laps Delta Time in comparison to Albon's lap and where did Albon gained the time.

And then we made a box plot with the median of all Lap Times and Sorted it according to the Median.Red Bull Racing The winners of last year constructors championship was on the top has the Fastest Race Pace, then it is followed by Aston Martin Aramco Mercedes Team. And as we can see the least fastest Race Pace is of Mercedes Team and the second worst is of Ferrari. Although as teams mostly gather data on practice days not much can be said that how they will perform in race but if this race pace carries on then certainly these teams can finish in the last positions.

But from this we can say that these drivers who are in the worst teams these seasons are performing good.

And then we made a box plot with the median of all Lap Times and Sorted it according to the Median.We can see that all the worst teams of these season Hass, Alpha Tauri, Alfa Romeo and Williams except Mclaren had the fastest race pace out of all teams this means that the other teams who had good pace this season according to the first race were trying to run different setups or mostly experimenting to gather more data about the track.

Gasly has shown improvement from last race. Then we have Albon in the williams. He is again showing that he is a good driver and that Williams is not meant to be slept on they also can compete with the big shots in the F1 world currently. The worst Race Pace was of the rookie Oscar Piastri.

Here we plotted Teams on the x-axis and Lap Time in Seconds on the y-axis. And then we made a box plot with the median of all Lap Times and Sorted it according to the Median.We can see that Redbull, and Mercedes are showing good race pace but the williams and the alpine racing are giving them a run for their money and the worst race pace is shown by alpha tauri and then Haas.
In the Center we Have the results of Qualifying Sorted according to the positions with driver times, driver numbers and broadcast names.
We also compared Driver Race Pace and Team Race Pace of all drivers and teams respectively. Ver and Per had the fastest race pace followed by Alo then Lec. And the worst Race pace was shown by the two alpha tauri drivers but they still managed to be above Sar and Nor as they had bad laps and were knocked out in Q3.
Also we showed the how track temperature and air temperature changed over time both were getting cooler meaning drivers were finding more grip as qualifying went on.
We also plotted the cumlative delta Time of the Top 5 finishers fastest laps all over qualifying with respect to Per and saw where did the others lost time.

The worst race pace is shown by Albon but he had a engine problem and had to retire first hence we will not take him in analysis. So the worst except albon are shown by Sar and Bot. So from this we can conclude that not only williams had problem in engine with Alb but their rookie driver Sar was not performing good at all.
The second Analysis is Delta Time Analysis for the delta time of ALO,VER,HAM,SAI,LEC the top 6 finishers w.r.t to PER(the race winner) per lap. (PER is the '0' line). From this, we can see that Alonso was ahead of Perez at the start and then after lap 3 he falled back Per and after that Per had lead the race the whole time.

Again, we can see that this means the Haas Car is not the worst this year it is better than many others and to think they could pull this off with the least money and least resources is a remarkable feat. But, can they hold this pace for other races that's what is needed to be seen now.
The First Analysis show us the tyre strategies of all Drivers for the whole race. It shows us what strategies did the drivers thought to do. Did anyone make an undercut or an overcut pitstop. What all strategies are used and much more.
Here we plotted Drivers on the x-axis and Lap Number on the y-axis. And then we made a circlular discrete plot with colors as Compound so that when the compound is changed the color of circle is also changed.We can see that mostly all the drivers opted for first the medium compound and then the hard compound of tyre as their strategy but some drivers had to go to pitstop for more than 1 time this shows that maybe they had a crash where their front wing got damaged or they are not able to find any grip so they pitted for new tyres and many other possibilities.
This analysis shows us the degeradation pattern of tyres as they go on being used how the lap times change. We can see here that the hard tyre was not better than the medium in the start but as the tyres were used more and more hard tyre became much better in lap times than the medium tyre.
The Third Analysis show us the Best Possible Lap Time Per Compound in seconds.
Here we plotted Compounds on the x-axis and Best Possible Lap Time in Seconds on the y-axis. And then we made the the plot by giving the colors on basis of different componds.We can see that the hard tyre had the Best Possible Time, followed by medium and then the softs this also give the proof that the point we made above about hard tyres being faster then the mediums is tru.
The First Analysis show us the time taken by drivers in pits on an average.
Here we plotted Drivers on the x-axis and Time in Seconds on the y-axis. And then we made the bar graph of all times taken by drivers in pits on an average and colored it by Drivers.We can see that Leclerc had the best pitstops out of all as he took the least time this means he would have saved the time and could have gained on the person ahead of him. And once again Mclaren had the worst pitstops their rookie Piastri lost the most time in the pits out of all the drivers and that too by a huge margin meaning he could have lost positions or time to his rivals.
The second Analysis is Weather Analysis for the track and air temperature We can see that the Air Temperature was continuosly rising and falling meaning but by not much hence we can say that it was constant throughout the race. But the Track Temperature was decreasing throughout meaning drivers had more grip and pace in the ending parts of the race.
The Third Analysis show us the time taken by different teams in the pits.
Here we plotted Teams on the x-axis and Time in Seconds on the y-axis. And then we made the bar graph of all times taken by teams in pits on an average and colored it by Teams.We can see that Ferarri had the fastest pitstops out of all meaning they would have gained on other teams due to this. And the worst pitstop is by the Mclaren Team from the last race they are doing mistakes like this hence they should try to improve their performance.
The First analysis Shows all the results with driver broadcast name, Start Position, Final Position and the points they earned for the race.
The Second Analysis show us the number of positions gained or lose from the start and at the end of the race by the drivers. Max Verstappen Stood out the most as he gained 13 positions and finished 2nd after the race.The Analysis Show us the fastest lap of the top 2 finishers and their track domination.
I made this analysis as although Perez won the Race Verstappen pushed at the last lap to get the fastest lap of the Race and got a point for it hence maintaining his lead in the drivers championship by 1 point.So I thought it would be interesting to see that where did verstappen performed better than the fastest lap of Perez in the whole race.
